What sizes do you have and what can they hold?

What are your access hours?

Our facility offers 24 hour access 365 days a year.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and MasterCard, checks, cash and money orders. You may mail your payment to P.O. Box 1515 Nashua, NH 03061 or drop it off at our onsite office.

Can I rent a unit over the phone or online?

You may REQUEST a unit over the phone or online.  We like to meet our tenants and make sure they are happy so we will schedule a rental appointment to complete the rental agreement and make sure that the size unit meets your needs.

Is there a minimum stay requirement?

You can stay for one day or one decade or longer. We do CHARGE a minimum of one month’s rent and rent is due on the first of the month to avoid a $25 late fee. We do require a 30 day notice to vacate your unit.

Do you offer vehicle storage?

Yes we do!  You can rent a storage unit or we also offer outdoor storage. Most vehicles require a 10×20 unit but some small cars will fit into a 10×15. We ask that you take proper precautions to ensure there will be no leakage of fluids onto the unit floor as this will cause you loose your security deposit.

Are my belongings insured while being stored at your facility?

Renting a storage unit is similar to renting an apartment. Your landlord does not insure your personal belongings. If you have homeowner’s or renter’s insurance, your property may be covered, but you should call your agent to double check.
